The price and simplicity. It's a great location that centers on the home I've been looking for in two weeks. I found a great townhouse with turn-in in two more weeks. I have what I need and some that I want. So, life is very good!!!! I couldn't have done it, without the Lord's guidance.

The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Convenient location to the Empire Mall, restaurants and the airport. Staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent value.

the staff is super friendly, the beds are very comfortable, plenty of blankets (which lots of hotels have started to skimp on), and the mini fridge is a full mini fridge with a separate freezer (instead of the very small fridge cubes with no freezer that hotels are switching to). we travel with a big cooler and reusable ice packs, so it was great to have a place where we could actually refreeze our ice packs for the next days drive! plenty of handicap parking, and while we didn’t try to book an accessible room, the Queen suite had plenty of space for our wheelchair using guest to move about the room.

I love the staff and I love the way the hotel was. The room was very clean. I love the Nieghborhood. There were a lot of jobs and it was very nice stay. The breakfast was really good. I enjoyed my stay and I booked again. I really like the style of the Microtel. The staff was amazing and they treated me like family. I have a disability and I had no problem getting my medication during this stay. I was also able to go to a lot of attractions in the area and offer employment. Sioux Falls is a great city and I will defiantly come here again. I really enjoyed this city and I loved traveling here. I loved it. Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I had an amazing stay at the hotel. I was a really good time and I would really enjoy staying here again. I will defiantly come back. The food was really good and the beds were really comfy. Thank you
